Millers
KARNASCH offers wide assortment of various length, width and models hard metal millers for various materials processing: steel, hardened steel, tempered steel, alloys, titanium, aluminium, copper, < 70 HRC.
For titanium and hardened steel processing KARNASCH created special products line FOURWIN. This series of products has implemented all requirements for getting great work results – special tool’s geometry (four blades in the centre), special coating and unique hard metal insertions in joints. All these solutions allows KARNASCH tool’s to be in all time best INOX and titanium millers.
Borfrezas
KARNASCH has the widest borfrezas assortiment in the world – about 1.800 various positions. 15 various forms, 9 various cutting geometires, special borfrezas for smiths and mini-millers (1,2 , 2,5mm) fulfills any customer needs.
Patented BLUE-TEC coating allows to work with up to 70HCR hardened steel. BLUE-TEC together with correctly chosen tool’s geometry extends tool’s lasting time up to 100%.
BLACK-TEC coating is specially created for stainless metals – aluminium, copper, brass. Also it fits with plastics.
